ok generally speaking over the last fifty years of supporting qpr ive found the food a disgrace this is not just at hq but all over the place but the big hot dogs at qpr are quite nice but so expensive two hot dogs and a cofffee is 6 pound 40 pence the only good food at home games is that fish and chip shop next to the springbok excluding the uxbridge road of course but the chip shop is impossible to get into because of a long queue and that hot dog mobile is an absolute disgrace his buns are all stale the burgers are cheap and he never can get the onions to taste right

Does this mean Ciprianni's have run for their lives.? I wonder if Flav knows about the " Meals on Wheels " available from the social services. Could be a big help with all their cost cutting

Assuming the seven-figure sum doesn't include the pence - perhaps we shouldn't assume that - and assuming a figure hasn't been given because the total is at the low end, spending £200,000 a year would amount to £1 million over the five years.
If attendances average 10,000 a game, for 25 games a season (deliberate mistake to include cup games I suppose), thats spending of £1,000,0000 on 1.25 million people.
10,000 is half the 20,000 Briatore & Co claimed we were averaging per game when they arrived.
But that's less than £1 per head. Assuming only half the people at the game take the risk.
Perhaps that's good value, I don't know really. But is it Five star? Excellent. Outstanding. And all the other things they say.
Perhaps not. On the other hand, the £7.5 million figure given - which sounds like the upper end of seven figures - means they would spend £14 a head per game, if 5,000 bought whatever they were selling.
So perhaps it's only executive catering, and they're charging hundreds of pounds to the comparatively small number - 0? - who sit in the celebrity seats. I don't know. It seems strange that the tremendous buzz in the PR isn't matched by a tremendous buzz about anything else at QPR.
Like the football, and the tickets though, I predict unprecedented demand.

You re-read this and wonder, who writes this stuff, why in the world is it being written. Is anyone really impressed by this and finally did you see the list of teams using this service. I mean just go over to Brentford or take a train to Carlisle for sumptuous dining. Do they think we are all a bunch of retards?

Seriously, it was bad in the W12 last season. Take December for example. The turkey was dry, tasteless and cold. The mulled wine vinegary and tepid. The mince pies were alright but small and the present was missing from my cracker. I then found out that Blackstock was dropped, Di Carmine alone up front and Helguson was on the bench. The manager was talking like an east end jeweller when it came to formations and rumour was the owner was interfering with the team (superckat I phrased that for you!) and our 'sporting director' was in charge of buying and selling the players. Well I tell you, it was just not good enough. And now? Well at least the turkey will be warm. I just hope he lasts past christmas.
