Great stuff Bushman.
My first season. Never seen anything like that team, a pleasure to watch. Doubt if I will again in this lifetime.

Fantastic Team, good memories Bushman. Me and my Mates are in the front row of a lot of those Photos as we always stood in the same place. And we always hung around waiting for Rodney after the Game to get His Autograph + other Players.

Glorious, bushman - and my favourite programme design (just eclipsing the lovely coloured checkerboard and dancing men design of the rest of the 'golden age'.
A single sheet of paper, folded into three, with everything you needed. Reports, photos, tables, results.
Could just see bp at his bedroom window, too.

Oh, how I long for those happy days. Didn't miss many games that season.

That season ended 10 years of hurt for me...and How! League Cup as Well
After total despair and schoolboy tears following those promotion near misses in 1960/61 1961/62 ...not to mention the dross of the Feb 63-May 65 era I never thought we would EVER get promoted out of that division.
We got going in 65/66..and cracked it Big Time 66/67. Happy Days Indeed
