Lotto are just plain cheap and nasty kit makers, full stop.

I have no faith in seeing any decent kit, thick hoops or not, until these jokers are replaced.

I hate the current kit but even if they put thick hoops on Lotto would still manage to mess it up.

I don't like it; much prefer the "fuller" hoop as opposed to these skinny ones. One thing, I'll reserve final verdict til I see it in flesh on players and fans.
Does make me wonder if Fernandes is trying to do a "Cardiff" on the sly..... he wants us all in white cos it's marketable in Far East so he has a 5-year plan to shrink the blue hoops each year until they're nothing but a line of stitching and we resemble Dirty Leeds.

He should ask his 6 year old.

Sounds far more clued up than him.

To be fair it as Tango and Cash that made the deal with Lotto and we dont know how much of the design rights they gave up.
Lotto seem to have stock designs that they adapt for what ever club.
Dont get me wrong, I dont like any of the kits the've done for us but I suffer one more season.
No sign of a 3rd kit which is a good thing. Never understood the need. Whet tean would we play that could clash with blue and white or red?

Also how thin dose a hoop need to be before it becomes a line?

There will be a third kit, I keep on badgering the club shop manager on Twitter to tell me about it but he won't give up the information easily. Adam Hulme reckons it will be unveiled either during or after the Asia tour.

I've heard it's going to be navy blue.

That could look quite smart, I reckon.

Looks like Reading have gone the other way and have very thick stripes stripes (won't say hoops because we can't see whether they go all the way round)

I prefer thicker hoops to be honest - can't say I'm a huge fan of the new kit but they are definitely hoops - not stripes.

Reading have done a good job. I'd have swapped the colours and made the collar blue and three blue hoops & Hooped sleeves.

Reading's kit is horrible, really! What a load of shite! This is as ugly as you can get!

I agree thicker hoops are fine, if there are three or four hoops of each colour like we've had in the past. But those two blue hoops are absolutely horrible. I rather our kit for next year than theirs.

I prefer Reading's shirt to ours apart from having Waitrose stuck on the front

Mind you I can only afford Asda

They could of course give a decent length on the shirt and not the "Asian cut" which has them stopping just below the waist.

Totally agree Reading's shirt is white with a blue midriff and bottom. A load of well you know what. Just horrible!!!

Dont matter to me as I still have the 32" waist ive always had. Its just the 42" belly ive got ganging over the top these days.

I've got a similar belly/waist ratio challenge. Try the 70s replica shirt, for the more discerning Rs fan. Allows me to look stylishly retro, whilst housing my 'Bowles-belly' in optimum comfort.

They won't be able to wear it against any team in red or blue, including Reading or QPR!
