How have you found working at Brentford given your QPR background?
Spending most of my growing years in Shepherds Bush, I was always likely to become a QPR supporter - especially as it was the team my Father supported.
I can assure you that the staff are very quick to let me know every goal that Rangers concede, and given the local rivalry, I understand that.
It's all good natured stuff (I think)!
All I can do is to work as hard as possible for the good of Brentford and play my part in taking the club forward.
If we achieve that then, I hope, fans will forgive my past.
I am fully committed to the Club and nothing will give me greater pleasure than to see the club promoted and, very importantly, playing in a new stadium within the next three to four years.
