Must set phone alarm for this as I keep forgetting and missing them.

So, Thursday for me is listen to phone in 7-8, put kids to bed, sleep for a few hours then up at 1:00 am to watch NFL draft. Day off work on Friday, quality time with my wife.

Good times.

Question: Mark, do you know who discovered Faurlin? Goram/Magelton or Paladini?? ;)

Well, as rootbeer, who came on here asking for views and feedback and during his 'presenting' never misses an opportunity to let everybody know that he is well connected as he did last letting the listeners know he knows David Bardsley and has had dealings with him previously and often during questions says how he already knows the answer to the question he is about to ask because he has previously spoken to the person, and the previous time i listened he pointed out to Brian Rowe that he was live on air and not having one of his private chats with him, perhaps he could really show how well connected he is by actually speaking to the right people and getting an answer to your question. Surely that would be the mark of a good presenter/interviewer to actually play the part of such and not as one of a celebrity. Or perhaps even 'doctor lurve' himself could actually assist in this process.

Just a thought.

It wasn't asked during the Faurlin interview for reasons unknown. Perhaps Free Seat felt uncomfortable with it but it was a genunine enquiry. It's not like this is a conspiracy.

"Just answer the question!"

It's not as if they ask every question though. If you don't send it in by the official means (Twitter, Mixlr, Email) they won't ask it.

I think they were trying to keep the Faurlin interview cheery and more about his recovery and our current form.

Well if you think they're going to be tough (or even probing) questions to Hughes (or that if there were, Hughes would answer...)

I could think of a number of what I think would be interesting (and not even "gotcha") questions. But they wont be asked.

Definitely not on the official show.

Open All R's would ask difficult questions though.

Oh come on, the man roorbeer himself has been here and presumably other sites getting feedback , surely someone of his vast connections will have had all of that volume nonsense sorted by now.

Evenually, people will find able co-presenters to assist Paul Morrissey for the show too.

According to free seat on WATRBS:

We will go in early tomorrow to try and find the solution.

A week before last I listened back to Shaun Derry and could hardly hear him.

The techy guys should be able to sort it

You would have thought they would have worked this out before they started the show, but I only have 20 years experience in the industry so what do I know?????

One would think all the presenters would 'go in early' prior to each and every show to make sure everything is working as it should, and if they find any problems technical people should be on hand to fix them. This is the official show afterall.

Mac, i helped launch a national TV station years ago and there were many many problems, including people, it takes a while. The key to success is to listen to the audience and heed good advice and tackle difficult issues and situations, eventually smart people at the club will realise this. If this club is to become bigger and have a global fanbase, then shows like this are very important and if/when successful will lead to more programmes and who knows ............

I thought the Faurlin question had been answered and it was none of those mentioned.

Never listen to the show so no idea what the sound levels are like, not listened to live matches either, mainly because I cannot bloody hear them!!!!! ::)

Mac perhaps IJ or whoever is running that little clan has a free run at the moment and that person or persons are more interested in self gain rather than what is best for the show?

Nah mate, always ask through the right channels.

Having said that gthere is one whom reads this site religiously without ever posting even though there is absolutely nothing stopping him despite what he publicly says on other MB's, whom could or would have seen it on here as a back up to the e-mail sent. He seems to comment on this site quite a lot, yet doesn't have the balls to criticise the other sites that also take the piss - and in a much more offensive and personal manner. Did I say balless? Apologies to the other posters on here. An offensive term that will surely be commented on elsewhere.

Well I'm certainly not "Boycotting" it. Just as I don't boycott websites or seek to block people from following my Twitter feed, just because I don't agree with them!

On the other hand: From what I've heard of the shows: The questions asked are usually neither very probing nor very informative. The "Stars" are the guests, not the hosts. And much like Refs, their job should be to bring out the best from those guests.

And the slew of comments made by the "Presenters" - especially one of them - well to be honest I find it mostly verbal Diarreah

And that's just my assessment of the quality of the show.

The very fact that the programme continues to utilize someone who not only has a somewhat"problematic" QPR posting past - but one who continues to the present day to engage in slurrs/slime against this board, this moderator, and various posters in general. Well that's the club's choice.

That the club has made this choice is one I've commented on before. And maybe will again! :)

But as I say: Don't forget to listen. And don't forget to send in questions if you have any :D
