I thought he played well today. Considering the type of game it was, he worked his bollocks off. Scored a great goal from a NON Barton cross. Better than Bothroyd and Campbell. Did more positive stuff than them in one game than they have this season.

His hold up play today was very good & before Cisse was sent off their movement & combination looked a class above what we are used to.
Hopefully this will resume next week.

Yeah he had a good game. Held the ball up very well especially for Adel, thought they played off each other quite well. Can't wait to see him partnered with Cisse.

Imagine what we could have done if we had Zamora and Cisse at the end of August! Unthinkable that we could of been up with Swansea and Norwich where we should be !

Zamora seemed to be playing more for the club than himself too, unlike several others. I thought Taarabt did alright too. A lot more commited. Unlucky to hit the post but he seemed more interested as a team player - again, unlike two others.

He's got the height, strength and power. Exactly what we have been looking for to some years. I'm sure when he was at Brighton, some of us were calling for the club to sign him even then.

When he was at Brighton we regularly ripped him to shreds.
Like him now though! Thought he was excellent yesterday, some of his hold up and knock down play was exquisite. Thought he had a couple of decent opportunities to get a shot away but chose not to, confidence?
