After having been kept waiting for 15 minutes to buy tickets over the phone I have just found out that they have sent me 3 tickets rather than the 4 I asked four and was billed for.
The incompetance is truly impressive.

Apparently one of the tickets didn't print properly so is being sent out seperately. Why they didn't just wait and send them altogether or at least put a note in with the three to explain the situation is beyond me.
