Final score 1-0 and I don't think we can really complain but it was a game of if only - as in if only we became more effective up front much ealrier than when we did. Once we woke up and attacked Liverppol we had them on the abck front more often than not - and we could quite easily have scored an equaliser, but why did we wait until w ewent 1-0 behind to wake up.

Maybe DJ should have started with Bothroyd up front - we may have been more effectiove from the start.

Not a bad QPR performance and probably as much as I expected from Rangers today. SWP had a good game while Cerny was great at the back.

But I go back to if only.

January is going to be huge for us now. I really do think we are going to struggle, especially after seeing the other results today.

No points is no points. But once the teams were announced, I was expecting a heavy defeat...But bottom line, no points is no points. Being brave/coming close doesn't do anything...

And injuries hurt...Need equally good players on the subs bench to replace on field players

no points this month with the inept warnock in charge.

he is all heart and passion but like on previous occasions, he does not have the tactical ability of this division. with him at the helm we are as good as DOWN.
Fernandez would be crazy to give him another 15 mil to spend in january.

much like tarrabt, thankyou for last season warnock but you cant hack it in this divison.

Man Utd and Arsenal are definite no pointers as far as I'm concerned but I think we can beat Sunderland, Swansea and Norwich.

Those other results will hurt us though - and once again it is going to be down to our home form which has been stuttering at best.

Special word to the likes of Saurez who dives at the slightest touch - nothing new from WC 2010 then - and Kuyt who seemed to think that every ball that bounced off of him should be a Liverpool throw in or corner.

Long term prospects of QPR? I think it is going to boil down to 2 very crucial gamnes in the very near future - at home to Sunderland and away to Norwich. Those two have must wins written all over it. Lose those games or not get at least 1 win and 1 draw out of them and then I think the chances of Rangers going down will be huge.

What a joke. Has Warnock done something to p*ss you off personally?? It seems you have a real grudge against him.

You are saying he is not good enough but are we in the relegation zone?? No I didnt think so....

Warnock had his hands tied over the summer and had to sign freebies, he only had 8 days to make his serious signings. When you think back to how bad the summer was you would see how well we have actually done.

Not a bad performance and certainly not humilated as some thought would happen today. But tbh we looked very ordinary Prem team ... didn't seem to be any excitement from any one ... Swansea and Norwich look to be excited they are in the Prem but we seem flat. We are skillful enough but got to get some heart into the team somehow.

Sunderland are there for the taking what with the squad having to get used to Martin O'Neil and remember that Swansea have nearly the same team we smashed 4-0 last season.

still not as many excuses as positions that swp has been told to play in this season. today alone warnock put him in 3 different positions. the man has not got a clue.

I suppose a lot of our starting 11 have been in the Prem before whereas Swansea and Norwich have kept most if their squad from last season.

Barely noticed him, Rory. We really need some serious punch up front; can't rely on HH to always be there to do the business.

SWP almost got his first goal today. Pity it was at the wrong end.

As a regular critic of Cerny, I take my hat off to him today

I suppose the fact that he cant cross, pass or shoot might be a factor in that.

Ouch! thats my negative comment for the thread, I guess SWP has done quite well for us, he is quite dangerous & expansive, but really lets be brutally honest, he is without a doubt one of the top ten "headless chickens" in The Premier League for sure.

So what do you expect from him then?? Do you expect us to be beating Liverpool away and Man City?? If you want immediate success then go and support Man City.

Those are perfectly good reasons for why we aren't doing amazing. We're not even that bad. He's not a miracle worker you know, no manager is.

plenty to moan about when you aint beating the likes of newcastle, villa and west brom at home after smashing them all over the park, and then you go and watch norwich just go about it quietly and get the 3 points.
not clinical enough. all good though, loving being here.
