I took it from a post on LFW, sorryQPR1st annoucementQPR1st appreciate that the Club feels unable to comment further on the reasons for terminating Paulo de Sousa’s employment .Yet we are dismayed that yet again the Club has proved unable to retain a manager long enough for him to build the foundations for future success and yet again the Club has been plunged into a period of uncertainty and instability. Four managers and two caretakers in a year and a half is an appalling record and increasing evidence that managers are not being allowed the autonomy and support they require in order to carry out their role raises serious questions about the way this Club is being run. It is difficult to envisage that any managers or players would wish to work under such a regime. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr de Sousa and wish him the best for the future. www.qpr1st.comwww.clubfanzine.com/QPR/v2.forum.posts.php?id_t=104285#1

Actually the club's own statement says De Sousa, maybe they've sacked someone else....anyway if you're going to drag the man's name through the mud you should spell it correctly

Ron Norris pretty much on form with that perspective. So before Paladini asks fans to stay loyal and all that crap - QPR fans are some of the loyalist fans around, perhaps he might consider his own position and resign to show the way forward for the club as an entity.

And this Portugoal.net Friday, 10 April 2009 QPR cite information leak as manager Paulo Sousa sacked Portuguese dismissed by Hoops Paulo Sousa has been sacked by English Championship club Queens Park Rangers, after just five months in charge at Loftus Road. The former Portuguese international has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks, with QPR’s form and rumours of a breakdown in his relationship with club directors leading many to believe he was on the brink of being shown the door. The Rangers board were thought to be unhappy about Sousa’s revelation to the press over the weekend that outgoing transfer deals were being made over his head, and the writing appeared to be on the wall on Monday when his assistant, Bruno Oliveira, was relieved of his duties. Related: Testing times in England for Paulo Sousa Another problem facing Sousa this week was when a conversation he is thought to have had with a supporter was posted on a QPR messageboard. During the exchange, which was not immediately removed from the site, the 38-year-old is believed to have divulged information and made criticisms of his playing staff. The club cited the incident in a statement on Thursday evening, saying: “ It came to the Club's attention that Mr. Sousa had, without authority, divulged highly confidential and sensitive information. The Club, with legal advice, responded in this way to protect its position.” Sousa took the reigns at the club in November, replacing Iain Dowie, who himself had only lasted fifteen matches. The Portuguese’s target was to achieve a play-off place, but after seven wins from twenty-six games, the team lay in mid-table, seven points adrift of the play-offs.
