Everton done good business today and I thought they had no money
They don't have, which is why it was great business removing a 33 year old from the payroll 6 months early and replacing him with a young player on probably less than half the wages. Moyes has probably blown next seasons transfer budget with his signings but he is a proper good manager.

was it do with the Warnock axing? Because QPR have had good relations with Spurs I thought (and Arsenal and Chelsea - although that might change!) in terms of transfers and loans. Or maybe the players just didn't want move across London and preferred to move across country!

DEADLINE DAY DELIGHT Posted on: Wed 01 Feb 2012
Mark Hughes expressed his delight late last night, as QPR rounded off a fantastic final day in the January transfer window with the double-signing of Djibril Cisse and Bobby Zamora.
The Rangers gaffer added five players in total to his squad in the final few days of the window, bringing in Taye Taiwo, Nedum Onuoha and Samba Diakite prior to the arrival of Cisse and Zamora on deadline day.
And speaking exclusively to www.qpr.co.uk, Hughes expressed his thanks to all those involved, commenting: "I'm absolutely delighted with the business we've managed to do in this window.
"Tony, Amit and their fellow Board members have supported us fantastically well, and Philip Beard and Rebecca Caplehorn and all the other staff involved have each worked round the clock to make these deals happen.
"To be sitting here with five key additions is hugely encouraging for us all."

Ok out of the new signings. Who do you think will make the biggest impact? or do you think that the new signings will the best out of Ferdinand, Barton and SWP and we will see them shine?

Well I sincerely hope it is Cisse and Zamora , because between them they cannot stop scoring.

cant help thinking hughes might of missed a trick in not getting rodegella keeping up with rangers tradition, and respecting all the greats like hately, sheron and vine from yesteryears. i mean 1 goal all season (against us), is surely a qpr god doth make no?

Harry the 'No you cant have a midfielder , we need all our midfielders , oh ok , Everton can have one !
Gone right off HR now !
Hopefully Bassong will be rusty , but nevertheless they get him for another 14 games after ours , ad there defence has looked sh1t lately hence their 4 points from 27 available .
Time to say goodbye MR Thread , alas it was a pleasure to know you , when we first met you kept vanishing to page 2 and 3 , but my love for you meant i could not give up on you without a fight ! Our love grew deeper and more and more feeders turned up with food and before i knew it you grew from a small acorn to a large oak tree , farewell my friend !
