Chels*** PR department trying to bully QPR FC, members of the press as well as presenting sympathetic ex players/journos to the media.

Spurs may have caved in and come to an agreement over the John Terry/Ledley King case but I hope, like our players, our club is made of sterner stuff.

Paul Elliott, Ashley Cole and co. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I think Chelsea have made it clear they will say and do anything to protect John Terry. No doubt Capello is praying that they succeed. Terry has shown himself up to be a liar.

Chels*** have an army of PR people, lawyers and spin doctor types pressurising various people to make this go their way.

They managed to do it with Ledley King/Spurs and the FA/Prem turned a blind eye. If not for Anton and the backing of the club they would probably manage it again.

When people were abusing him and throwing bananas, would he accept "Heat of the moment" as a valid excuse?

We were discussing this on Sunday, what I cannot understand is why, after saying the offending three words, he added, kin nobhead. Seems to not roll right in terms of saying something abusive.

However, I do agree that they are once again setting the wheels in motion to slime out of it without there being a genuine investigation.

As I keep saying, it really is down to what the police come up with.

Of course after our "getting away" with FA Investigation....!

If Terry had said it and then apologized, would be one thing. But since he denied saying it, can't be a
"Heat of the Moment" excuse.

Maybe, just maybe, The FA Can't prove it. (Ditto police, maybe). But there is absolutely nothing that says
England HAVE to keep him as Captain even if not ends up not conclusively proven.

He's never denied saying it, only the circumstances of why he said is in question.

What the hell did they talk about for ten minutes if Anton had no idea what he was on about!

As mentioned, had he simply stated that he'd said it but in defence of what he thought he'd been accused of and apologised for the apparent confusion, it may have not gone so far.

Having said that, I say again, the fact that a "member of public" reported it to the police means they are duty bound to investigate. Matters not what the FA are doing. In fact, the FA could be compromising any police decision on whether to proceed with charges or not.
