Ex-QPR defender joins Chalfont WaspsJul 14 2011 By Greg Burns Mark Perry Mark Perry CHALFONT Wasps have signed former QPR defender Mark Perry who will share his playing duties with an assistant manager role. The Stingers, in the FTL Futbol Hellenic Division One East, snapped up the 32-year-old who won England youth caps before his professional career was cut short with a leg injury. Perry, who played 75 times for the Super Hoops between 1995 and 2002, will assist boss Martin Kenealy in masterminding a promotion bid for Wasps.
