Not sure exactly what it means.

The 100% guarantee is that Doncaster won't be paying Vine at his QPR wages.

Which means either Vine is making big concession (rather unlikely)...or QPR paying most or all of his wages/or paying him off

Rowan Vine will train with Championship outfit Doncaster Rovers from Monday.

The 28-year-old striker, who signed for the R's in January 2008, spent much of last season on loan, having spells with Hull, Brentford and MK Dons.

Sean O'Driscoll has invited QPR striker Rowan Vine to train with the squad, as of Monday 4th July as we prepare for pre-season.

The forward who made his name at Luton Town where he bagged an impressive 22 goals in 57 games made a £3M move to Birmingham City in 2007 before later moving to Loftus Road for £1M.

Vine may get his chance to impress when Rovers play a pre-season friendly at Armthorpe Welfare on Thursday 7th July.
