Just goes to show that if the club consistently leaks information to you, sometime, you even get it right

I believe we're taking the opportunity to scout a centreback

Well, it's the most serious pre-season game so far, so - some better news, I suppose; because otherwise, our intentions in the transfer market were perfectly matched by the preparations with Harrow, Travistock, Bodmin and Crawley...

But I've always said, it's great when QPR scout and sign non-leaguers!

A decent team to have a pre-season against but not exactly the big team I wanted.
Then again it's probably better for team spirit when we don't get thrashed 5-0 by Real Madrid or a team like that.

I agree a decent team to have a pre season match with. I wonder what other matches are planned? A big name Italian team? Inter, Roma who?

re Atalanta
From Wikipediaen.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atalanta_B.C. "...Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio, commonly known as just Atalanta, Atalanta Bergamo or the abbreviation Atalanta BC, is an Italian football club based in Bergamo, Lombardy. The club in the season 2010-11 has been promoted from Serie B to Serie A, but some players seem to be involved with a match-fixing scandal. They are nicknamed the Nerazzurri and the orobici. Atalanta play in blue-and-black vertically striped shirts, black shorts and black socks. Reaching the Cup Winners' Cup Semifinal in 1988, when it was fighting in Serie B, it became and still is the team that scored the best result of all Europe in a UEFA competition playing in a cadet league (together with Cardiff City).[1] The club stadium is the 26,638 seater Atleti Azzurri d'Italia. In Italy, Atalanta is sometimes called Regina delle provinciali (queen of the provincial clubs) to mark the fact that the club is historically one of the best among non-metropolitan ones...." If anyone is interested in also going over for this game then we have found flights from Stansted for £160 to Bergamo and it seems there are plenty of decent priced hotels for after the match

Thanks..."Locking horns" And the announcement brings in Chelsea! Even more informative Ade Mutt is playing!!!! I'm buying the air tickets now. Hear he does a nice line in disco dust. It beggars belief, surely they are now writing copy for our website and giggling at how this next 'EXCLUSIVE' will wind us up. Shambles.
