Maybe they'll punish QPR for events at the Hull game! Football League
KEEP OFF THE GRASS Posted on: Fri 29 Apr 2011THE Football League is reminding fans to stay off the pitch during the season's final round of games and throughout the upcoming npower Football League Play-Offs. A number of relegation and promotion issues will be decided over the next 10 days and The League has called on fans to respect the law and consider the potential wider consequences of such action to themselves and to their club. Football League Head of Communications, John Nagle said: "Whilst we understand that fans want to celebrate their club's success, encroaching onto the playing area is a criminal offence and such action can lead to serious crowd disorder. "Already this season, we have seen two instances of players being assaulted during pitch invasions. This is clearly unacceptable. "We encourage fans to stay off the pitch at all times, as this will ensure that all supporters can enjoy the match in safety and prevent their club facing possible disciplinary action from the football authorities and increased stewarding costs." www.torquayunited.com/page/News/0,,10445~2349550,00.html

Why stop there. To be on the safe side, why not just ask the fans to stay at home and not turn up to the match at all.

May i remind you shouting and cheering will in no way be tolerated.... Those found doing so will be ejected from the ground without hesitation. This isn't an issue however at the following grounds. Arsenal Chelsea Bolton Wndrs Coventry City E.T.C.
