 letter to shareholders please help
« Thread Started on Apr 1, 2011, 6:32pm »

What is this £2,000,000 between Bernard Charles Ecclestone(FIRST ASSIGNOR) and Sarita Capital Investment Inc (SECOND ASSIGNOR).
Do I sign where and what is it for?
Are we share holders getting scammed and I have to give another £104,000.00 to QPR Holdings Limited.

Circulation date 18th March 2011, but got the letter in the post today.

It didn't work, we went down.

Who did you give that money to and why?

Or are you saying you bought shares when they floated them?

My uncle has shares but they are effectively worthless, they were originally given to my grandad by Jim Gregory.

If you are referring to the Mittals as your Indian family, please show more respect for them.

Also, please do not bring another poster's race into discussion for it is irelevant, unnecessary and unwanted on this board.

The letter is simply referring to a £2m indemnity agreement between the major shareholders and A. Calliendo.

I have no idea why you gave Chris Wright £104,000 in 1998 as the club didn't go into administration until 2001, so unless you purchased £104,000 worth of shares, you probably misread a letter, as you seem to show a lack of ability to understand them.

My advice to you would be to ask a financial adviser/expert to review all of your financial correspondence and only do exactly what he tells you to do.

Hopefully you won't be taken for £104,000 again.

“You can spend £40 million on advertising and have nothing like the same effect."
“It can’t be about one benefactor. I might be hit by a bus".

It's about time you stopped drinking, engaged your brain, read what I said and don't try to bring any form of colour into anything.

I have no idea what colour you are and neither do you know what colour I am.

I certainly don't want to be anything like you, that's for certain!!!

Is that "excepting" or accepting?
