Although this being QPR, who knows if that's the case? I'd imagine if was freed, have to announce it.
Borrowdale is back from Carlisle - although the club never said anything. And he is still listed as at Carlisle

To be fair: They could probably do more, but maybe they have to be given the go ahead.
Plus, as we all know: The club disseminates some of the information it wants out there, through another source.
(Some have even suggested that some of the ----- But no I'm sure that's not the case!)
