Never did understand why Bernie bought in to chief of money. Could this have anything to do with it.
He lost a huge amount of his money to his ex. But as Fi Honcho why does he need to muddle more with
Rs. Was it a favour to Flav. Is there some hidden money in the Holdings we dont know about?
Was it to protect Paladini for Flav.
Who if anyone has something on anyone.
Also The Indians have gone into the background, hear nothing.
Meanwhile Warnock has us in first place. Has lost two critical players that brought us there.
Will there be an attempt to replace. All murky for me.

Is that "actions" or "assets"? How can someone seize "actions"?

Funny, after write something, 20 mins later you get an insight. Berrnie and Flav decide the club is spending too much and the debt is too high and the investment could go south.
Or, and Sakseena the hedge funder sees that. but is being pushed to spend and promote by Amit.
Flav lost his credence when he pushed club toward league one. Bernie signs on to shut down the
spending. We go up or not with what we have. So I see Paladini as Chairman to represent the F1
people, thats why the Smith/Hulse muddle as both sides fought and delayed.
So go up or stay with the boys that brought you here. Walker a loan, a freebie replaces Mackie
But then the bomb. Warnock goes public, We need to spend. He wants to secure going up.
The next few weeks should be very interesting. Its their fooking team mates, not ours.
"We also serve who only stand and wait."

From the Takeover Document that was posted on the Official SiteThe Agreement as announced by QPR "....5. Intentions with respect to Directors' and Shareholder Loans In relation to the certain loans made to the Club by Mr Caliendo for, in total, £6,581,328, Mr Caliendo has entered into an agreement whereby £4,581,328 will be waived for nil consideration. Accordingly Mr Caliendo has outstanding a debt in the Company of £2.0 million. The Caliendo Loan is redeemable at any date before March 2011 at the option of QPR, and Mr Caliendo may not demand repayment of any amount of the loan until March 2011. The Caliendo Loan carries no interest. ARM Corporate Finance Limited believe the repayment of the Caliendo Loan on the terms described above is fair and reasonable so far as other QPR Shareholders are concerned...." I've not always been Briatore et al's biggest defenders, but I have to admit I don't fully understand.
Presumably the QPR Site prouncement back in Sept 2007, notwithstanding, there must be something else. Otherwise I doubt Caliendo would have been acting this way.

I'm thinking the original agreement between Caliendo and Bigbollox was lost in translation ie wrote in Italian and said something else when translated by an offshore lawyer and then converted into something else.
Unless of course, Briatore's trying to sell off his shares and absolve his personal responsibilities of paying back the millions ??
