SKY Rehman makes Bantams exit ..Bradford defender Zesh Rehman has quit Valley Parade in order to join Thailand Premier League champions Muangthong United. Rehman had six months to run on his City contract but, following a fall out with manager Peter Taylor, the 27-year-old has been allowed to leave on a free transfer and has agreed terms with Muangthong. The Pakistan international has found a starting place difficult to come by this season and was stripped of the captaincy and placed on the transfer list after publicly questioning the manager's team selection policy. Rehman was the first British Asian to play in the Premier League when he made his debut for Fulham at Liverpool in 2004. He made 30 appearances for the Cottagers before moving on to QPR in 2006 and has had loan spells at Brighton (twice), Norwich, Blackpool and Bradford, signing a permanent deal at Valley Parade in July 2009. . www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11750_6604626,00.html

"This move is a good opportunity for him and because I couldn't guarantee him a starting place, I have decided to allow him to join on a free transfer. "We wish him all the best at Muangthong and he is welcome back at the club anytime." Rehman said: "It is sad to be leaving Bradford City as I have very fond memories of the club and city. I would like to thank the chairmen, directors, players, management staff and fans. "I wish the club the very best for the remainder of the season. Just weeks after meeting the PM at #10...Even if he has to leave Bradford, surely he's good enough for another League Two Team.. (or Non-League)...And what about all his community work...
