Getafe have slipped to 11th in La Liga and are currently bottom of their Europa League group but Parejo believes the club should keep faith with Michel, particularly as he guided the club to a sixth-placed finish last term.
The 21-year-old midfielder, who had a spell with QPR two seasons ago, said: "Michel needs to be calm. We have shown that we are with him and that we will support him. We are professional about this and we have to take the situation forward.
"We have gone five games without winning, including the Copa del Rey. Our morale is a little low.
"However, we must be confident that we can beat Zaragoza (on Monday) and bring this bad streak to an end. If the team knew the reasons for our bad run, we would have attempted to solve the problem."
