St Neots Town will field a prolific former Premier League striker to lead their attack when they face Burnham Ramblers in Saturday's FA Vase Second Round clash.
Stefan Moore, who spent four years with Aston Villa during a spell in the top-flight, can now be found banging in the goals in the United Counties League with St Neots, who sit top of their division, unbeaten and with an astonishing goal difference of 67 after just 15 games.
Moore's goals helped his new club to an 11-0 demolition of Felixstowe and Walton in the First Round last month, an early justification of the five-figure fee Saints boss Dennis Greene splashed out to bring him to Cambridgeshire.
"It was Stefan's debut in the First Round and he got what will probably be goal of the season in the first three minutes. And he had four by half-time," Greene chuckled.
"He's done fabulously well. He's scored every week and he's had a couple of hat-tricks so he's settled in marvellously."
After leaving Villa, Moore had spells with Leicester City and Queens Park Rangers before moving to non-League Halesowen Town where he fired 22 goals in just 29 games.
And as an FA Youth Cup winning captain from his time at Villa Park, he has already tasted tournament success and looks hungry for more.
Over half of the Saints' 74 goals this term have come from new-signing Moore and his strike-partner Shane Tolley who was given his first professional contract by Barry Fry at Peterborough before a spell in Latvia with FK Riga.
Tolley, who also scored a hat-trick in the First Round, won The FA Vase three years ago with Truro and has been tearing through Saints' opponents since he arrived in September.
"We signed Tolley a couple of weeks before we signed Moore and he's already got something stupid like 27 goals in 15 games," said Greene. "Stefan's already got 15 goals so they've got 42 between them already."
And for Greene, The FA Vase holds a special incentive.
"I was involved at The FA Trophy win at Wycombe and it would be nice to have The Vase as well, so personally I would really like to go all the way," he said.
"I went to the old Wembley with Wycombe so it would be great to go to the new Wembley this time round.
"The FA Vase is massive for me because this will probably be the last shot I ever get at winning it. I think if I was to manage again at this level then I'd be very lucky to have a group of players like the group I have at this moment in time.
"It would be brilliant to win the league and then finish it off with a trip to Wembley. We know we have a lot of work to do before then but it's what we're aiming for."
And if the front-two continue their purple patch, few would bet against them moving one step closer on Saturday.
