Not quite sure what they're doing here
QPR1st TROUBLE AT MATCH ON TUESDAY QPR's Supporters Trust regrets that there have been reports of disorder both before, during and after the match between QPR and Millwall. It is understood that the police have confirmed that at least 11 people have been arrested for a variety of offences including possessing an offensive weapon, common assault, assaulting police and affray. It is not yet known how many fans from each each club had been detained. Clearly questions will be asked about the causes of the trouble and whether it could have been avoided and we welcome your feedback on the subject. If it emerges there are lessons to learnt for the future QPR1st will ensure the Police and the Club are notified. Nevertheless until more information becomes available the Supporters Trust does not believe it would be appropriate to comment further at this stage, other than to express our disappointment and repulsion at any incidences of violence or vandalism. It is appreciated that Police can sometimes get the wrong person in the heat of the moment when there are big groups of people involved. If you believe that you or a friend were wrongly arrested or detained email the Football Supporters Federation and they can pass your details on to one of the solicitors they work with. Alternatively call them on 0330 44 000 44

I appreciate the Police have their work cut out for them these days, but surely anyone would have known that this was a potentially troublesome game and having it on a Tuesday night, the same night Chelsea were playing Marseille, was going to make things worse?
I remember walking out of SB station on the way to the Green and all the tourists from Westfield were wondering what was going on. Most of them came to the conclusion there may have been a terrorist attack/terrorist caught because of the sheer number of police around!
Sad to hear that there was violence after the game, it's generally the innocents that get affected and I hope everyone is ok.

I copied the "clearly questions must be asked..." bit from the QPR 1st Statement (hence the >> before it).

On a positive, another website that does not condone or encourage this sort of stupid behaviour. But I too am wondering why the release of the whole statement.
