Despite their debts I still think Utd is the number 1 club - their support base in the rest of the world is huge, much bigger than any other club.
I would rank Barca number 2 because I reckon their world wide support is greater than Real's, while there is the small matter of not having a shirt sponsor (Unicef is actually a "donation), which can bring in additional millions if they decided to go that route (which I doubt they will - at least in the short term).
Can't say I was surprised by the rest of the top 10, but I have to question why Celtic only rated 25th - and where is Rangers? 26th?
Also I would love to know where the South American giants such as Flamengo, Corinthians, Boca Juniors & River Plate (among others) fit - because the support base of those clubs are huge.
