Shame not from QPR, but kudos to all of them. Wonder if the ROss Jenkins at Watford is related to the Ross Jenkins at Watford 30 years ago.
Football League - SHORTLISTS FOR YOUNG APPRENTICE OF THE YEAR
The Football League is pleased to announce the shortlists for the Championship Manager Young Apprentice of the Year category for the 2009 Football League Awards.
Players nominated for the award are in the second year of their apprenticeship at a Football League club. They were judged on criteria such as their playing record in all competitions since they became an apprentice, their educational attainment, disciplinary record and any other outstanding achievements.
The shortlist was judged by an expert panel, containing representatives from The Football League, Championship Manager, The PFA, League Football Education and John Motson and Steve Claridge from BBC Radio Five Live.
The winner from each division will be announced at the Football League Awards ceremony, taking place at the prestigious Grosvenor House on Park Lane on Sunday 29th March 2009.
The shortlists for each division are as follows:
Championship: Crystal Palace: Sean Scannell Southampton: Oscar Gobern Watford: Ross Jenkins
League One: Carlisle United: Tom Aldred MK Dons: Daniel Powell Southend United: Stuart O'Keefe
League Two: Brentford: Robin Nicholls Rochdale: George Bowyer Wycombe Wanderers: Matthew Phillips
