QPR have given a trial to Cypriot midfielder Giorgos Tofas.

The attacking midfielder, 21, left Anorthosis on a free transfer this summer.

He was offered a scholarship as a youngster by both Man City and Fulham but opted to stay in Cyprus.

Rangers, managed by Neil Warnock, top the Championship and are unbeaten.
