The Hulse to QPR is also being "reported" elsewhere in the QPR community
And of course he's a player, we been linked to in the past as having made offers (More than once)

QPR eye move for Rams striker Hulse before the transfer window closes Derby Evening Telegraph www.therams.co.uk/news/QPR-eye-Hulse-window-closes/article-2583105-detail/article.htmlMonday, August 30, 2010, 08:30DERBY County striker Rob Hulse is a transfer target for Queens Park Rangers. The London club has renewed its interest in the 30-year-old as the clock ticks down to the closure of the transfer window at 6pm tomorrow. Derby, meanwhile, are chasing two or three new faces of their own. "We're hoping to get two or three in," Rams manager Nigel Clough confirmed. "We have been stepping up our efforts in the past few weeks and we were close to getting a striker in before the game against Queens Park Rangers but didn't quite manage it. "But we will keep trying. "We expect it to be a busy few days. Even if it doesn't bear fruit at the end of it, I'm sure it will still be busy." An Achilles injury has kept Hulse out of the last three matches. He had an injection last week to help the problem settle but was not fit for the 2-2 draw against Rangers at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday. Hulse has been the Rams' leading scorer in the past two seasons and found the net in the victory over Leeds United at Elland Road on the opening day of the season. He is in the final year of his contract and is one of the club's top earners. Derby have indicated that they are not in a position to offer him the same contract again and he would be available on a free transfer at the end of this season. Hulse played under Rangers' boss Neil Warnock at Sheffield United when the Blades where in the Premiership. He almost left Derby on deadline day a year ago after Middlesbrough made a £4m offer for him but he rejected the move and he has recently been linked with Premier League newcomers Blackpool.

Dont think its a serious injury Lone , Clough said he would be back after the international break. Warnock worked with him before so 100% knows what hes going to get ! Looking more like Hulse/roberts than Kitson/Roberts. Kitson could be a Portsmouth player today ! Still intrigued to find out who the winger is? Giggs ? oh no he,ll go to Cardiff ..,

Hulse is meant to be very highly paid at Derby...Wonder exactly how much we'd be paying him a week

Burton Mail - QPR in for Hulse as deadline day looms by TOM SLOAN
ROB Hulse could join Queen’s Park Rangers today and end a year of uncertainty over his future at Derby County.Derby County Rob HulseThe 30-year-old striker is wanted by Rangers boss Neil Warnock and a permanent deal could be sealed by the close of the transfer window at 6pm. Hulse has been missing with an Achilles injury for the past two weeks after he scored against Leeds United on the opening day of the season. He was not back in time for Saturday’s 2- 2 draw with QPR as the Rams struggled without a recognised striker against the league leaders. Hulse nearly left Pride Park a year ago when Middlesbrough made a £4.25 million offer on deadline day — only for the player to turn down the move and a rumoured £20,000 a week contract. However, after being Derby’s top scorer in the last two seasons following a £1.8m move from Sheffield United, Hulse would likely leave on a free transfer in the summer. He is in the final year of his contract and the Rams are not in the position to offer one of their top earners the same terms. Hulse has been linked with several clubs over the summer, with Premier League Blackpool reported to be interested in signing the 6ft 3in striker before they instead signed Luke Varney on loan from the Rams. Now, QPR have renewed their interest in the former Crewe Alexandra man, who played under Warnock when he was boss of Sheffield United. Warnock took Hulse into the Premier League after signing him from Leeds United for £2.2m and he rewarded him by scoring eight goals in 29 appearances for the Blades before badly breaking his leg against Chelsea. His absence was blamed for United’s subsequent slide towards relegation as West Ham United escaped on the final day of the season. Meanwhile, the Rams were today set to seal Alberto Bueno’s move on loan from Real Valladolid. The 22-year-old forward, formerly with Real Madrid, was at Derby’s match with QPR on Saturday to see Pride Park as well as the club’s Moor Farm training ground. www.burtonmail.co.uk/Sport/QPR-in-for-Hulse-as-deadline-day-looms.htm
