Latest news:
Cameroon out
Earlier today IBSA informed the competition organisers that they have withdrawn Cameroon from the event.
Their place has been offered to Greece who are the first reserves due to them finishing in fourth place in the host nations regional championship.
For several months the competition organisers have been working with Cameroon in assisting them with their visa applications.
Cameroon were earlier given a deadline of 5pm GMT today to resolve their visa issues. It appears they have been unable to meet this milestone.
Greece are yet to formally accept the invitation.
Tournament Director Jon Dutton commented:
"On behalf of everyone with the event I am bitterly disappointed that Cameroon have been unable to obtain visas for entry into the UK.
"We have put a great deal of time and effort into assisting and advising the African nation but it appears our endeavour has been in vain.
"The event Local Organising Committee and project team have reacted quickly and decisively in ensuring that this unfortunate situation has come to a head. We have ensured that our colleagues in Greece have been kept informed of the developing situation and hopefully look forward to welcoming them to Hereford next week."

A great day for the beautiful game
There is much debate about who coined the phrase the ‘beautiful game’ but everyone who has ever used it – from Pele to Platini – meant pretty much the same thing. Football is a game played by 300 million people across the globe, and enjoyed by millions more. It’s beautiful because it unites people. The teams, communities, and countries too.
