Saw him score his only goal for us. V Blackburn in the League Cup.
I bumped into him at Chelmsford City's old ground about 15 years ago and had a long chat in the bar. He said the plastic pitch finished him off. He was already struggling with a long standing back problem and the lack of "give" in the Omniturf just was the icing on the cake. Called Jim Gregory a f***ing miracle worker for getting a transfer fee for him.
Saw Brazil again at Cheltenham on a corporate shin dig last year. He remembered me from all those years back. I genuinely thought alcohol would've dulled the memory! Really nice guy away from the radio persona.

Good player for Ipswich for sure. Especially when they had that great team with Mariner, Burley, Beattie, Mills etc
