SAKSENA: 'HUNGRY FOR SUCCESS'

QPR Holdings Ltd Chairman Ishan Saksena is looking forward with optimism ahead of a busy summer at Loftus Road.
Speaking exclusively to QPR Player - in an interview which will be screened over the coming weeks - Saksena outlined his thoughts on the transfer market and his hunger for success in W12.
"Amit (Bhatia), Neilx(Warnock) and I are all on the same wavelength and I believe this is going to be a fun time in the transfer market," he said.
"You want someone in charge of the team who shares the same vision as you. You want someone who is financially prudent but, at the same time, someone who is keen to invest in the team so that we can get to where we want to go.
"I'm looking forward to it - and I am sure that Neil and I will be talking a lot."
Saksena is fully aware of Neil Warnock's desire to add 'six or seven' new players to the R's squad over the coming weeks and months and believes the Club has the right strategy in place to attract the players the gaffer has set his sights on.
"We are all really hungry for success. We know investment needs to be made in the right areas for us to achieve that success," he said.
"As I have said before, we have the capacity to spend. I am really excited. We want to achieve our target as soon as possible.
"The players we approach will be dictated by Neil. Wherever he needs support, we are there.
"We have a strategy in place for the transfer window. I want fans to know we are committed to the cause, and I want them to join us for the ride."
