Players like Cook have been around for long enough. people know when players are being genuine and I'd take Cookie at his word. I hope he's fired up next season, he could still be a valuable supplier for any forwards if we have some!

I enjoyed reading the report. Another small step in the right direction. I've always believed in "look after the little things, and the big things will look after themselves".
Onwards and opwards.

Paladini was NOT at the evening - I can confirm 100% (but neither were Saksena or Bhatia, tbh!)
It was very positive all round - bodes well for our future - and I dont get the sense that GP's role is relevant to Warnock and his plans so I'm totally no longer bothered by GP's presence, tbh!
Oh - by the way - we all knew it was pay bar - but the free food, which was really delicious, made up for that!!

Bent's would have still been in the wrapping surely?

For what it's worth, Pete (who clearly reads this site just as I read his!) says categorically that Paladini was actually at the Sponsors Event.

Well - you can take it from ME - who was actually there - that Paladini most certainly was NOT.
I do not care what Pete claims - he is WRONG!
None of the Board were there actually - altho I'd half hoped to see either Saksena or Bhatia - to say thanks.

For what it's worth, Pete reiterates and says conclusively Paladini was there. ~It's always possible Sandy missed him...or he was there at a different time (or a different room).
