A number of QPR Fan groups/sites representatives met yesterday with Amit Bhatia and Ishan Saksena. Also there was Gianni Paladini. It was by all accounts an extremely positive meeting. Groups attending: QPR1st, LSA, OSC, Friends of QPR, Indys and WATRB. Groups invited but not attending: QPRdot.org, LFW and QPR Report (Apologies if any others invited have been left off this list). On behalf of the various moderators of the QPR Report Messageboard, we are very pleased that the meeting was held; were very grateful to the club to be extended an invitation; and we very much regret that no representative from QPR Report was on this occasion able to attend what sounded like was a great meeting. Here's hoping for a new era at QPR and among QPR fans

Encouraging post by MyGen on LFW Fans Rep Meeting 15th Marchwww.clubfanzine.com/QPR/v2.forum.posts.php?id_t=141313#1The Club was represented by Amit Bhatia. Ishan Saksena and Gianni Paladini. Supporters groups represented were the Supporters Trust, the LSA, the Friends, the Indys, WATRBS and the OSC. Amit began the meeting by stressing the desire for an open and honest dialogue. He said that while the Club could not always meet fans requests, where it was not possible they would at least explain their actions. It was suggested that the difference between this and previous meetings was that whilst previously he had acted as ‘go between’, we were now speaking directly to the men in charge. Much of the discussion focussed on the season ticket pricing policy for next season. Amit and Ishan would like to see the stadium full and attendance is of prime importance. Points were made about the cost of season tickets compared to buying tickets from match to match; the banding system; the Early Bird Scheme and interest free instalments. Whilst Ishan said that the exact details of the season ticket prices was yet to be considered he would take the points raised on board. The issue of access to bars at the ground was raised and we were informed that the betting kiosks will be returning. The ‘cage’ around Q block and why a replacement season ticket cost £50 was also raised. There was also a discussion of how the Club could improve communication with fans by restoring the Fans Forums and the Shareholders AGM. Again the Club was willing to consider both possibilities. The Club were aware of feelings regarding the new badge but there are considerable financial implications to be considered and it was not a priority for the Club. The Club recognise the importance of stability and Neil Warnock will be entirely in charge of football matters. Gianni stressed that there would be no meddling in the manager’s job. Overall this was a very positive and constructive meeting with a feeling that fans were not just being listened to but that actions will hopefully follow.

The chicken wire between the stands.
I think they should install more not less to segregate the Q Block plums from the rest of us.
Maybe Ken Bates has some electric fencing in his shed he could sell us cheap?

There must be another reason Mr. Paladini is staying other than the one mentioned.

Sadly, the Paladini influence is still there. Business as uusual as the Indians get sucked in.
