I have a feeling of Deja Vu on this topic! I think a QPR Report representative should probably be one of the Moderators if they can attend (assuming of course that an invitation is extended!)

Well I cant be there but I have a question for someone to ask. How can two intelligent businessmen, one extraordinarily succesful and wealthy, the other also a businessman, who loves football, QPR, spends 24 hrs, 7 days a week around QPR, goes into fits if he isnt near fans nor players, possibly, not see that changing managers 10 times wont negativeley effect the performance of the team?
Well, knowing that their answers will be non answers or strong denials or ask for the next question, I will ask my next question which would be this. It would seem to the average intelligent observer or fan, that they did know that and actually had a nice position on QPR not doing well. Their answer "Outrageous, people yelling traitor, Ill see you outside.
As I am being escorted out my third question will be : Also is it not beyond the realm of possibility that the 300trillion pound Derivative industry wouldnt lead seamlessly into more money by hiring a Brilliant expert formerly of Lehmann brothers, in the Derivative industry to continue making more money? Yelling now as they want my blood, "They love QPR so much!!, Theres only one thing they love money money and more money."

I do believe that you just want a free ticket, you would undoubtedly represent yourself. My view is purely based on how you conduct yourself here and on other mb's. You want to mingle and mix with certain people. You have no allegaince to anyone but yourself, 'me myself and I' comes to mind.

Pete's Conniption fit from last year. He then did things he shouldn't have done! Pete/WATBR - Almost a year ago (just a few days afte Sousa's departure!
QPR Report's Goes Over The heads of ONEQPR Posted 15-04-2009 at 02:43 PM by qblockpete Instead of consulting members he writes directly to the club for inclusion. The ONEQPR is a democratic process. QPR report had posted that in light of recent events I should not be included in ONEQPR, even though he agrees we follow the same team with a passion, and has no basis to finger point me, simply on me giving an opinion on games I actually watched. I find it incredible, that at the same time of trying to get me removed, he secretly tries to gain inclusion. This is very underhand and mischeivious to say the least, from a fan who admits as head of his board will never be able to personally attend these meetings QPR REPORT RESPONS Some secret! Try reading the QPR Report Board Post - up for the past week: qprreport.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=2804As for the process: When WATRB moderator, Scott Jones initiated the idea of QPR Report attending and offered to attend on QPR Report's behalf A couple posts later, WATRB Moderator Scott Jones said "I think you may have to ask representation from Ali Russell." But the whole thread is there. Some Secret. Some behind the back. PETEY You have moderators on the ONEQPR team, did it not occure to you to ask them? At a time of discouraging me, you were trying to worm your way in. Very sad state of affairs Where is the "You are actively ENCOURAGED to go over to the WATRB's web-site and bring me back any information" thread on the 9th April. You are actiing like man who has disciples !! ETC! www.wearetherangersboys.com/forum/blog.php?b=182

Which was one reason why myself and the QPR 1st rep left His actions at times were an outrage, not exactly the attitude to make monday a success Exactly why Pete should have been actively URGING the club to include QPR Report! (And I always very much appreciated what Indys and QPR1st did - although I didn't want disruption to the unified group resulting from any QPR Report/WATRB's Pete "conflict")

I can see the merits of meeting with just the "supporters" groups such as LSA and QPR1st and OSC and maybe Indys... Once you expand it to QPR messageboards and other QPR sites, what are the criteria for selection? If for example, it's number of site visitors, well in all modesty...!

bogs in the Ellerslie, bogs in the Ellerslie, especially the ladies, especially the ladies
Load of crap and waste of time as before, too many differing groups involved and some with obvious "agendas".
LSA, QPR1st and OSC only for me.
Those quotes from pete are appalling and by his own admission he should not be representing others, I totally agree with him.

Along with the groups you mention, they have a defined 'constitution' at least of sorts that you can point to. I am not sure why any messageboard or suchlike would be represented, good or bad. (and of course, we all have a view on which MBs are good and bad.)

I might well include AKUTRS - Certainly ahead of some others.
As for not including messageboards (or blogs!) Yes you can certainly make a good argument for not including any messageboards...

Not having a pop Mr Report at this board, or your blog, I like this board, hence i am here. My point is that they are a bit ephemeral, you know what I mean.

Oh I know... But of course if you include some of the boards, then it becomes "what are the criteria for inclusion?"

Oh I know... But of course if you include some of the boards, then it becomes "what are the criteria for inclusion?" Yeah, don't think any should be included. i know that knocks you out, but it also knocks out less critically neutral boards too. And i trust the aforementioned organisations/publications to get across the sort of things that we would want expressed anyway.

How about, all these various groups meet and elect one (or two) representatives. Discuss and agree anything for the elected reps to take forward in a meeting with the club?
If I was Bhatia or Saksena and walked in to have a chat with a fans group and a dozen or so people were sat there, I would know immediately it is going to be pointless as there are far too many differing views.
It is simply inefficient to have so many groups discussing with the board. A waste of everyone's time in my opinion.

But would Report get honest answers or any sort of answer from Captain Scarlett? He seems pretty keen on avoiding direct questions especially ones about Sousa.

gp is not ever going to answer or respond to such questions as it will question his loyalty to the club which is the only thing he has now lol

It's important that these meetings are used to their full potential. I definately agree with Des and feel that I would happily entrust in the actual QPR bodies set up for this actual purpose rather than any messageboard. It's also important to see that this is a rather impromptu affair on this occasion and should be more foucused on strengthening this arrangement rather than piling in at the first opportunity and turning it into a more chaotic affair. I'd recommend keeping the numbers down and the representatives going in future meetings to gage fan opinion beforehand and to represent that. Due to the short notice of this meeting, let's use it as a way of establishing a permanent dialogue with the club firstly and concentrate on building a method of fan representation for future meetings. Great to be able to dialogue with the club again in this matter and a big thanks to Ishan and Amit for affording us this opportunity as well.
