Paulo inspires Swans young guns

Paulo Sousa may have given his first-team squad a deserved rest following their winning exploits at Derby, but the Swans boss was still out on the training pitch this morning.
He joined Head of Youth, Tony Pennock, and his squad for a session to interact with and take a look at the future stars of Swansea City.
The Portuguese legend, who used to coach Portugal at Under-15 level, took on an active role and also shared his knowledge and experience not only with the youngsters, but with the coaching staff as well.
And he realises the significance that the youth section holds at the football club.
"I've said from the start of the season about how important the youth department is to this club," said Paulo.
"It's the future; it's an area of the club which we always want to improve.
"It gives me a good chance to recognise the ability of each player, to work closer with them and share my knowledge which I hope will be a big advantage to the youth department."
Saturday's match at Derby saw two youth team graduates - Jazz Richards and Joe Allen - named in the starting eleven, goalkeeper David Cornell was named amongst the substitutes while second-year scholar Joe Walsh also travelled with the squad following the late withdrawal of Garry Monk through injury.
The young defender got the chance to warm-up with the squad at Pride Park and was also given the chance, along with his fellow scholars, to impress Paulo.
But the manager has emphasised that keeping one eye on the young prospects is not just important for him and his staff, but for the club as a whole.
He added: "I spoke to the chairman at the beginning of the season about being closer and helping the youth department to improve themselves.
"We have already made some steps with regards to our future with an academy and better facilities.
"But when we have more time we'd like to spend it with the boys to give them the opportunity to feel like a professional players, to help them grow quicker and prepare them for the future."
And Pennock didn't mind having an extra addition to his training session.
"It was very good for everyone," he said.
"Not only did the lads enjoy having him there but it was also good for the coaching staff.
"But having him show so much interest is a massive boost for our department."
