What made you decide to leave* the investment banking and hedge fund businesses in order to become QPR Holdings Ltd. chairman and vice-chairman respectfully, on both a business and a personal level?

*Or spend less time doing that and being chairman instead as is more likely.

Do you agree that QPR's recent hiring/firing, hiring/firing policies (along with having a Sporting Director) led to the situation that it was hard for us to attract top notch managers that we wanted.

There's a claim that the Sporting Director called the Manager a C*** in front of other fans? Do you condone such language? If it occurred under you leadership, how would you react?

What's your view regarding fan sites? Do you feel it is the role of the club to try and bolster one site so it will promulgate your perspective?
