EXCLUSIVE: BOARDROOM CHANGES
The Club are delighted to announce Mr Flavio Briatore as Chairman of QPR Holdings Limited.
Mr Briatore, who alongside Mr Bernie Ecclestone and Mr Lakshmi Mittal completed a takeover of Queens Park Rangers Football Club in November, was appointed following a Board meeting last week.
Mr Amit Bhatia, who is acting on behalf of Mr Mittal, has been appointed Vice Chairman of QPR Holdings Limited, while Mr Gianni Paladini remains Chairman of Queens Park Rangers Football Club.
The new senior staffing structure is as follows:
QPR Holdings Limited Chairman - Flavio Briatore
QPR Holdings Limited Vice-Chairman - Amit Bhatia
QPR FC Chairman - Gianni Paladini
Managing Director - Alejandro Agag
Deputy Managing Director - Ali Russell
Financial Controller - Gavin Taylor
*The Club will be making no further comment.

Flavio Briatore has taken over as chairman of Queens Park Rangers' holding company, QPR Holdings Ltd.
The Italian replaces Alejandro Agag, whose title has been changed to managing director.
Briatore owns Rangers along with Bernie Ecclestone and steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal, whose son-in-law, Amit Bhatia, is now QPR Holdings' vice-chairman.
Gianni Paladini remains as the club chairman and will continue to advise the board on football matters.
Ali Russell recently left Hearts to take up the role of deputy managing director at Loftus Road.
He will work under Agag and is responsible for off-the-pitch matters.
Formula One magnates Briatore and Ecclestone agreed a deal to buy QPR last September.
Mittal - the world's fifth richest man - later purchased a 20% stake in the west London club.
