Sky Sky - Cousin eyes Greek switch Striker prepares for Tigers exit Sky Sports Twitter Skysports.com understands Daniel Cousin is ready to snub a switch to QPR to make a move to Greece. As previously reported on skysports.com, Greek side Larissa are hoping to sign out-of-favour Hull striker Cousin before the transfer window closes. Queens Park Rangers had verbally agreed a deal to sign the Gabon international, but the striker has now set his heart set on a switch to Greece. Cousin, who is back at Hull after returning from the African Cup of Nations, is waiting for Larissa to agree a deal with the Tigers before leaving for Greece. Hull are prepared to offload Cousin as they look to trim their squad and cut their wage bill and a deal could be sealed before the transfer window slams shut next Monday. www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_5888342,00.html

Hull Daily Mail "...While City are happy to hang on to the experience of Kilbane, a string of fringe players remain difficult to off-load before Monday's deadline. The Tigers bosses had been confident of farming out Daniel Cousin on his return from leading Gabon in the African Cup of Nations. However, with both prospective takers QPR and Greek side Larissa ending their interest this week, Cousin remains in limbo. "There's nothing new happening there but we'll see," said Brown. "The Greek side that Daniel was going to and the Championship side that Daniel was going to go to have both cooled their interests." www.sporthull.co.uk/headlines/HULL-CITY-Kilbane-plans-says-Brown/article-1782441-detail/article.html
